Meet Our Team

I opened Practically Perfect Day Spa in September of 2010, shortly after graduating from Aesthetics school. I attended the Elaine Sterling Institute in Sandy Springs, GA. While in school I quickly realized I had a passion for business along with my passion to make people feel great!

Bridget has been in the salon and spa world for over 10 years and it’s absolutely her happy place. Managing Practically Perfect for the last five years has been a true pleasure of hers and she is so proud of the talented team that she has helped create. She is currently finishing up her apprenticeship for esthetics under our owner, Lisa. She is an avid lover of all things skin, healing, and giving people a sacred place to take their armor off. She plans to specialize in high vibrational beauty, including gua sha, lymphatic drainage with intentional facial massage, and reiki healing. 

Brittany has been surrounded by the beauty industry since she was only 7 years old, so she knew from a young age that she wanted to be a cosmetologist. Brittany started at Practically Perfect as a receptionist early 2020, and is now about to graduate as a Master Cosmetologist after apprenticing under Kali for 2 ½ years. Before apprenticing, Brittany started school to get a Bachelors in Business Management, but decided to pursue her passion for beauty instead. Brittany is also our salon manager, and loves working behind the chair as well as on the management side. When she’s not working, she loves working out and boating during the summers. Once she’s licensed, Brittany hopes to specialize in blonding, lived in color, and extensions.

Izzy currently works at our front desk and helps out as an assistant manager. She has been working in the restaurant and service industry for 5 years and loves to make people feel happy and beautiful. She loves skincare and recently started her esthetician apprenticeship! When she is not working, she loves to read and spend time with her friends and family.

Victoria is our new friendly face at the front desk! She moved here from New York in 2019 where she worked as a manager of a salon and as a hairstylist herself. She has worked in customer service for years and genuinely cares about getting to know our clients. When she is not killing it at work, she kills at home as a mother to her 2 year old son. You might even find her at the local parks as she loves to be outdoors or spending time on the lake!

Ava is currently a senior in high school and has always wanted to get into the beauty industry. She’ll be graduating in May and hopes to begin her spa apprenticeship. She is also interested in becoming a lash tech! When Ava is not working, she loves playing volleyball and spending time with her family.

Ashley is a junior stylist and started her journey with hair about a year ago. She graduated from cosmetology school in December of 2022 from Chattahoochee Technical College and wants to specialize in balayage and lived-in color. When she’s not in the salon, she is always somewhere outdoors with her fiancé and their dog! Ashley is so excited to see where her journey at Practically Perfect takes her!

Beverly is an International Hair Color Specialist. She is a born and raised Georgia girl. Hair was her first love. She enjoys spending time getting to know her clients and their lifestyle. She has a drive to create the perfect cut and color combination and loves making people feel beautiful. She has been transforming hair for 30 years. She spent many of those years training and motivating other professionals. She has traveled around the world with Intercoiffure and is up to date with the latest color and cutting techniques. She also trained out of Paris at Jacque Dessange. She is skilled and understands all hair types, from thin and fine to thick and curly. Beverly is a true professional and loves to inspire other women!

Sasha obtained her masters of cosmetology license in 1995 from Lanier Technical College. She specializes in men and boys’ cuts from Ivy League to Military styles, yet she enjoys giving fun mohawks and team sport looks. Adding a pop of color to match the team colors is always a fun touch. She is a boy mom of 4, which is where she gets this love for fun mens cuts. She loves her woman/girl clients as well. She loves adding a little bit of pampering to help you escape your daily life duties. Sasha works with the needs of each client’s scalp and hair texture to ensure the best style and products for a healthy, good looking head of hair.

After receiving her degree in Business Administration, Tori decided to pursue her true passion of hair in 2016. She completed her apprenticeship at a prestigious salon in East Cobb, making her move to being behind the chair in 2018. Tori is a certified L’Oréal Professional expert specializing in lived-in color and balayage. Tori is also certified in Habit Handtied extension, which she merits as her favorite thing to do and what she is truly passionate about alongside the integrity of her clients’ hair. “The most rewarding part of my job is seeing my clients truly love what they see in the mirror, and being a part of that.” When Tori is not at the salon she is enjoying family time with her husband and two daughters and traveling.

Kaitlyn is currently a master cosmetology apprentice under Tori and has been heavily training on extensions and blonding since she began her apprenticeship in July of 2021. Kaitlyn was previously in college for Psychology and found that she can connect with clients similarly behind the chair. Hand-Tied Extensions are her absolute favorite thing to do, not only because of the instant confidence it gives to clients, but the tedious work it takes to achieve seamless, dreamy hair. Kaitlyn is also one of the girls behind the business’s social media accounts and coordinates some of the education here at the spa. When Kaitlyn is not at the salon working with Tori’s clients or taking models of her own, you can find her traveling.

Jessica graduated from Paul Mitchell the School Esani in 2015. After serving and bartending for a few years, she decided to pursue her true passion in hair again and worked under fellow coworker, Tori Kring, for a year before going on the floor in 2020. Jessica is balayage certified by Salt Society as well as @hairbychrissydanielle and @linsonhair. She specializes in lived-in color and hand-tied extensions. There are many things that stand out as her favorite parts of this industry but what she loves the most is seeing a client light up as soon as they see the final result.

Ali is a master in hair design and loves to make her clients feel confident and beautiful while in her chair. She specializes in blondes, lived in color, balayage and hand tied extensions. In her free time she loves spending time with her daughters and is learning about health and fitness. She prides herself in making every experience you have with her to be amazing and relaxing.

Aubrey has been working with Practically Perfect since July 2020 as a receptionist, and she has since gone on to start an apprenticeship under Jessica Brown. She has grown up in the cosmetology industry and has always had a passion for making people feel both confident and beautiful after a visit to the salon. In her free time, she enjoys reading, being social with her friends and family, and spending time with her animals.

Jenssen is a junior stylist and LOVES everything about hair! She also does lash extensions and bartends on the side as well as being a full time dog mama. She can’t wait to make her guests look and feel beautiful!

Brooke has been one of our receptionists since December of 2021. She will be graduating high school in May, and she plans on starting a cosmetology apprenticeship soon after. She wants to focus on the hair and makeup portion of her license. She hopes to specialize in color, blonding, and extensions. In her free time, she enjoys doing makeup on herself and her friends, hanging out with her dog, wake surfing, and any other activity on the lake.

Taylor is currently an associate while she attends cosmetology school. She is set to graduate in the Summer of 2024 with her Master Cosmetologist License! She loves being at the salon and learning as much as she can about the industry. When she’s not at school or working, she’s spending time with her son. She’s excited to see where this journey takes her!

Madi has been with Practically Perfect since 2012 and loves making clients feel rejuvenated and beautiful! Skin care has always been a passion of hers and she is constantly expanding her knowledge. Madi is Advanced Peel Certified and trained with other certifications as well. She hopes you find your visit with her both relaxing and beneficial for your skin and mind!

Emma is a licensed esthetician and is certified in advanced  PCA peels. She has been in this practice since 2018 and is very passionate about all things skin care. She enjoys working along side clients to achieve their skin goals. She is committed to making sure every client is getting their individual needs met and are being properly educated on what services and products will help them achieve their desired result. Emma also places importance on making sure she provides a calm environment and a relaxing experience during each service.

Madelynn is a licensed esthetician and graduated from Paul Mitchell School of Esani. Her interest in skincare peaked early in high school when she struggled with her own skin issues. She wanted to learn how to treat the issues inside and out. Skincare is now her passion, and seeing the amazing results of proper skincare drives her to keep going. Madelynn is now a Certified Acne Specialist through Face Reality Skincare and is offering Acne Boot Camp for anyone struggling to clear their acne!

Kendall is a licensed cosmetologist who specializes in nails and makeup. Her passion for the beauty industry started when she was young, teaching herself makeup techniques and practicing on her own nails at home. She decided to follow her passion and pursue cosmetology. She loves exciting nail art, bringing out her clients’ natural beauty with makeup, and making them feel like their most confident selves.
